When will my order ship?
Please allow 2 weeks for your order to be shipped. I try to ship things out as fast as I can, but I am just a one woman show doing my best. Thank you for your patience! :-)
Will I receive a tracking number?
If you ordered anything other than a sticker, you will receive your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you purchased stickers only, they are shipped via USPS snail mail with just stamps to keep costs lower! There is no tracking number on those and they usually take 1-3 weeks to arrive. However, you will be notified via email when they get shipped out.
My package is lost/stolen!
I unfortunately cannot afford to replace/refund orders that are lost due to the postal service. If this happens to you, please reach out to file a claim with the USPS. Sometimes packages get returned to my P.O. box and in this case I will contact you to attempt to reship your order.
Part of my order is missing/wrong!
I am a one person business and sometimes I make mistakes! If part of your order is wrong or missing, please email me or send a message through my contact form and I will make it right.
I put the wrong address!
If you put the wrong address please email me immediately so I can update your order information. If it is too late and your order is shipped out already, I have to wait until it is returned to my P.O. box to contact you and attempt redelivery.
